Death Risks in Cesarean Births

This interesting article points out the risks of elective Cesarean births. I disagree with the tone of the title, namely that the rise in elective C-sections is primarily due to mothers being "too posh to push". At least in this country, I'd point the finger slightly more at the medical community and behind them, the litigation community for fueling the rise.
